Profile

The Profile tab is your own page in INVIA, so your riding totals, your bikes, your account settings and your subscription sit on one screen rather than behind separate menus. It opens on Overview, and every figure on it is drawn from rides and routes in your own library.

The header#

Press the round photo at the top left to pick an image and frame it, because INVIA saves the square you framed and uses it on every card your name appears on. Press the × on the photo to take it off again, and INVIA draws your initials instead, so a missing or slow-loading image still reads as a person.

Your name sits beside the photo with your skill level, your home town, the bike marked as primary in your garage, and the month you joined under Member since. A plan above Free adds a tier badge next to your name. Your rider-style pills and your bio follow, which is the same set another rider sees when they open your profile.

Overview and Tracking#

Two tabs sit under the header. Overview is everything described below, and Tracking opens the live map of the riders and satellite feeds you can currently see. Tracking shows only for accounts with the tracking beta, so a profile without it opens straight to Overview and everything else on the page works as before. Trackers, shares and the live map.

Riding stats#

The top row gives your distance for Lifetime, for this year, for this month and for This Week, then Rides This Month as a count rather than a distance. Six cards under it carry Total Rides, Total Distance, Total Ride Time, Average Speed, Longest Ride and Total Elevation, all built from rides you recorded.

The sample routes and rides INVIA puts in a new account are never counted in any of these figures. A new profile therefore reads zero until your first recorded ride lands, rather than reporting somebody else's riding year. Until then the card reads No recorded rides yet. Start recording to see your stats.

Routes Built under the stats gives Total Routes and Distance Built, counting the routes you have drawn rather than the rides you have ridden. Monthly Distance charts the current year, and hovering a month gives that month's distance and ride count.

Recent Rides and Recent Routes each show your five newest as cards you can press to open. Pinned holds the routes, rides and collections you pinned anywhere in INVIA, so the ones you keep returning to stay one press away. The × on a pinned card unpins it without deleting anything.

My Garage#

My Garage on the right holds your bikes, and the one you mark as primary is the one printed in your header, so other riders see the bike you ride most.

1. Press Add Vehicle.
2. Choose the make, then type the model.
3. Add the year, the engine size and the category.
4. Press Add Vehicle to save it.

The star on a card makes that bike your primary, the pencil reopens the form to edit it, and the trash icon asks Delete this vehicle? before it acts. Deleting a vehicle removes that card and nothing else, so your rides, routes and totals are untouched. A garage with nothing in it reads No vehicles added yet.

Accounts with the tracking beta also get a Satellite Trackers card here, which is where a SPOT or Garmin inReach feed is registered. Trackers, shares and the live map.

Settings#

Profile and Units save the moment you press them, so a change to either holds across INVIA and survives a reload. Set Coordinate Format, Location Sharing and Fuel Range in Edit Profile and press Save Profile to keep them, because the copies on this card hold only while you stay on the Profile tab. Those three read back from your stored profile each time the Profile tab opens, which means a change made here is gone once you leave the page and come back. Thumbnail Map Style is remembered by the browser you are sitting at rather than by your account, so set it again on a second computer. Units and the nav bar.

Help sits below Settings with Report a problem. It asks for a short description and sends your recent app activity to the INVIA team, so a fault you hit is traced from what the app recorded rather than from memory.

Edit Profile#

1. Press Edit Profile.
2. Fill in what you want other riders to see.
3. Press Save Profile.

The form runs through Account, Riding Experience, Demographics, Location, Emergency Contact, Bike Setup and Preferences, and it saves only the controls you moved, so a field you never touched keeps whatever it already held. Your username has to be at least three characters, with letters, numbers and underscores only, and a name another rider already holds is refused so that two profiles can never answer to one name. Your email address is listed here as a line you cannot edit, because it is the address you sign in with.

An emergency contact you enter gets its own card on the Profile page with a copy button beside the number, so somebody helping you can lift the phone number without retyping it. The figures you give for years riding, bikes owned, licence, height and weight collect in a Rider Info card next to it.

Account settings#

Account settings… sits at the bottom left of the Edit Profile form, which is where INVIA keeps everything about the account rather than about the rider.

1. Press Edit Profile.
2. Press Account settings….

The panel gives the address you are signed in as, your plan, the price you are paying, the next date on that plan, and how the access is held. Connected sign-in lists Apple and Google, with Connect Apple or Connect Google to add one and Disconnect to drop one. The last way into the account cannot be disconnected and reads Only sign-in method instead, so you cannot lock yourself out. A paid account also gets its billing links here. The Subscription card in every state.

Deleting your account#

Delete account… is at the bottom of the Account settings panel.

1. Press Delete account….
2. Read what happens, then press Continue.
3. Type your account email address.
4. Decide whether to stay on the INVIA mailing list. The box starts unchecked, which takes your address off that list for good.
5. Press Schedule deletion.

Your account pauses at that moment and is deleted permanently 14 days later, which is the window INVIA leaves you to change your mind. Sign back in before that date and choose Restore, and the account comes back exactly as you left it. INVIA signs you out everywhere as soon as the deletion is scheduled, and the panel gives you the date the account goes for good.

After those 14 days your routes, rides, collections, waypoints and profile are gone permanently. Copies other riders already saved from your shared content stay theirs, because those are their items now. A subscription bought on the web stops billing straight away, and a subscription bought through the Apple App Store also has to be cancelled there, in Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions. Rides sitting on a phone that never synced stay on that phone, because deleting the account does not upload them first.

INVIA holds the deletion back while other riders are depending on the account, so the first screen lists the reason rather than offering Continue. Upcoming events you organize and groups where you are the only admin are the two you can settle yourself, so clear the events or groups it names and the flow moves on. A platform admin account is deleted by support rather than from inside the app.
